Shipping Information
NINEOH7's shipping carrier of choice is USPS. Standard USPS Delivery standard is 4-7 business days.
* We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take a little longer. NINEOH7 cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. We generally ship out items within 10-14 business days and us Priority Mail.

Returns & Exchanges
nineOH7 does not accept returns on blankets unless they are defective. We will exchange apparel items on a case by case basis for reasons such as: incorrect fit and product defects.
We stand behind all our products 100%. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Any product may be returned for any reason at any time, up to 14 days from delivery date. No questions asked! If you are making a return, please email us first at info@nineoh7.com to give us a heads up.
RETURN CONDITIONS
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. We will replace damaged items free of charge!
All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.
Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The return label should be scanned with the carrier within the 30 days of delivery.
Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

Blankets
Machine Wash - Cold Cycle. Mild Detergent. Do NOT bleach. Hang to dry.
Clothing
Clothing sizes vary based on item, and we will have size information for each item.
Wash with care!

- Tumble dry no heat or line dry
Take special care to follow our washing instructions to avoid color fade. This will help preserve the life of your custom t-shirt.
